The real estate industry in Chattanooga is hyper competitive and the market for higher end homes makes things a little more segmented. We were tasked to create a digital imagine that stood out among the competitors and catered towards a target market they had set.
Beforehand, The James Company’s digital image was very “cookie cutter” and did not convey high-end or luxury. In order to target higher income home buyers, we needed to create a brand that screamed high end while still keeping middle range homes and commercial properties available.
