RSM Enterprises, LLC (“RSM,” “we,” “us”) provides digital marketing and lead generation services for home service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on joinrsm.com and through our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, call or text us, or become a customer, we collect details such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, business address, website, and what you are looking for. Customers also give us billing and account information.
• Text message information. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and way you agreed, your messages to us, and the messages we send you, including delivery status and your replies to surveys.
• Website information. Like most sites, we collect technical data such as your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you, using cookies and similar tools (see Cookies below).

How we use information

• To respond to your requests, book and hold calls, and provide quotes.
• To provide, bill for, and support the services our customers hire us for.
• To send customers messages about their account, such as appointment reminders, billing reminders, monthly report notices, and short satisfaction surveys, by text or email.
• To improve our website and our services, and to keep our systems secure.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as the messaging provider that delivers our texts, is permitted, and those providers may use your information only to deliver our messages and not for their own marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our messaging, email, scheduling, forms, billing, hosting, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to do work for us.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
• A buyer if RSM is ever sold or merged, subject to this policy.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, and our forms and booking tools may set their own cookies. How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward for legal, tax, and recordkeeping reasons. Records of text message consent are kept for as long as the law and carrier rules call for.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details below.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Your information: you may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to what we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
