The terms for our website and our text messaging program, including how to opt out with STOP.

These terms apply to your use of joinrsm.com and to the text messaging program run by RSM Enterprises, LLC (“RSM”). By using our site you agree to them. Our customers’ services are governed by their written service agreement with us.
Text messaging program terms
Program name: RSM Enterprises Customer Messages.
What you will receive. If you opt in, RSM will send you text messages about your account and our work with you: appointment and call reminders, billing and payment reminders, notices that your monthly report is ready, short satisfaction surveys after a meeting, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing for third parties.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website forms, by agreeing to receive texts in your signed service agreement or onboarding, or by telling us you agree to receive texts, in which case we record when and how you agreed. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a month, depending on your appointments and billing.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for texts, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages and data.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will confirm and stop sending texts. You can also contact us using the details below.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or call (423) 847-2531 or email admin@joinrsm.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent to U.S. mobile numbers.
Your information. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The content on joinrsm.com is for general information about our services and is not a guarantee of any result. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content without permission.

The RSM name, logo, Rocky the fox, and the content of this site belong to RSM Enterprises, LLC or its licensors.
